SkipFit® Cardio

Rope skipping is excellent for cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and coordination. It is also good for building bones and trimming hips and thighs. Given the numerous benefits that regular skipping offers, it is a pity that it is often deemed as child’s play.

SkipFit® Cardio is a rope skipping/fitness program for adults. The format for every class is similar to an aerobics session-Warm up, Rope Skipping to Music, Conditioning and a Cool Down component.

You will learn basic rope skipping skills and practice pre-choreographed skipping routines to music. You also get to practice your very own routines during the freestyle segments of the class!
